The Resilience, Adaptability and Flexibility Course

This course is designed to equip students and university graduates with the essential resilience, adaptability, and flexibility skills to thrive in the modern workplace. The World Economic Forum Future of Jobs Report highlights that the skills resilience and flexibility found in the top five skills on the rise globally are considered the most significant for workers and will increase rapidly by 2027. Recent data from Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has also highlighted a considerable gap between employers’ perceived importance for these skills and their satisfaction with them, making them a priority for development.

This course aims to cultivate resilience and adaptability, enhance emotional and behavioural flexibility, and empower participants to successfully navigate the complexities of the modern workplace. The final module in the course supports students and graduates to apply these skills to the graduate job application process.
