Our core platform is built on modern web technologies—including HTML5, WAI-ARIA standards, CSS, and JavaScript—and utilizes accessibility features integrated into our core infrastructure:

  • Learning Management & Portals: Powered by WP Courseware and MemberPress, providing structured course navigation and clean content hierarchy.

  • Forms & Submissions: Accessible user input fields and standard labels provided through Forminator Pro.

  • E-Commerce & Student Checkout: Accessible transactional flows powered by WooCommerce.

2. Known Limitations & Alternative Formats

While we strive for comprehensive accessibility across all pages and courses, some digital assets may have technical limitations. We actively disclose these below along with alternative solutions:

Dynamically Generated & Stamped PDF Documents

  • Limitation: Personalised PDF guides (such as The International Student Job Readiness Guide) are dynamically compiled and rendered on demand using browser-based scripts. While text within these document overlays can be read by standard browser viewers and PDF readers, dynamically stamped elements may currently lack full PDF/UA structural tagging required by some advanced screen reader technologies.

  • Alternative: If your assistive technology cannot read or navigate your personalized PDF guide, please contact us. We will happily provide you with a fully tagged or plain-text version of the document content.

Interactive Modules & Third-Party Content

  • Limitation: Certain legacy interactive course features, embedded media, or third-party tools (such as external payment or chat widgets) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards across all devices.

  • Continuous Improvement: We review third-party add-ons regularly to ensure updates comply with updated accessibility standards.

3. European Accessibility Act (EAA) Disclosure

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), Successful Graduate qualifies as an exempt microenterprise (maintaining fewer than 10 employees and an annual turnover under €2 million).

While our business size grants exemption from strict statutory enforcement, we voluntarily publish this policy and continually upgrade our platform to uphold high accessibility standards for all international students and global educational partners.
